My wedding photography tends to be high key and low key shots,
and my favourite photoraphers are Yervant, Jerry Ghionis and Meiji Nguyen
who all have their own fantastic style and create mind blowing photographs
Portrait wise i like to try and create stuff that i see in magazines,
i like fashion photography and using strobist techniques in my shots.
Do Not Contact Me And Ask Me To Pay To Shoot You.....!!!!
Terms for TFCD/TFP Shoots:
You will receive 10 retouched hi-res images on disk, chosen by you from the original disc I sent to you after the shoot, this disc contains all the un-edited images from the shoot at 1024px resolution.
Please note, I do not provide images on the day of the shoot, they are renamed, resized and optimized for screen resolution before being posted, I also record delivery of your disc, that way someone will have to sign for it, so there's no danger of it ending up in the wrong hands.
The hi-res images are large jpegs, capable of being printed poster size if required, these images are also watermark free.
I will try to return your retouched images to you within 2 weeks from the day you chose them, however if there's going to be a delay getting them back to you within that time i will contact you via email and text to let you know.
Please note, I do not supply full sized unedited images, this is to protect myself and my images from being edited by third parties which could damage my reputation if edited poorly, I retouch all the images myself, that way i am happy the edits will meet my standards. I have been using Adobe Photoshop since the early nineties, when it was only available for Apple Macs, so the best person to edit my images of you, is me...!!! ;)
I will provide you with a model release form to sign on the day before we commence the shoot, image and usage rights and the purpose and final intended destination of the images will be agreed by myself and you the model on the shoot date.
Copyright will always remain with me, unless agreed beforehand and printed in both copies of the model release form,
information on copyright law can be found at: http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/copyright/p01_uk_copyright_law
Info about Photo shoots:
My studio of choice in Glasgow is Skyline Studios (http://www.skyline-studios.co.uk/), this is a studio comprising of three different studios catering for a large number of shooting scenarios, however; if you have another studio you would prefer to use please feel free to say.
My aim is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during the shoot, I like to have a laugh and a joke throughout the day but also remain focused on the job at hand, providing you with gorgeous images. You can have as many outfit changes as you like during the shoot, and if you feel better having someone you know around, that's fine too
Please don't contact me for a TFP/CD shoot and then ask me to pay you for it, I have at least one request per week from someone dying to work with me, who loves my images, but would love it if I paid them...???
I do pay models, but only if I want to work with them and I have contacted them, it certainly helps to read peoples profiles thoroughly first before making contact.
Also before contacting me for a shoot, could you have your dates in mind, styles of photography (i.e. FASHION, GLAMOUR, LINGERIE) and whether its STUDIO or LOCATION (or both), and if its location if you could have a rough idea where you would like to shoot and whether it's going to be an evening or afternoon shoot.
If you've made it to here thanks very much for taking the time to read the above, anyone Ive worked with has enjoyed their photo-shoot and my bottom line is to provide you with stunning images for both your portfolio and mine...
I am also on Model Mayhem, www.modelmayhem.com/lspix
I left college in 1993 and worked as a Criminal Injuries Photographer until 2005 when
I left to concentrate on wedding and portrait photography.
