I agree with the others - use two different names and try to make sure they don't mix - I've been guilty in the past of writing "photography by xxx" and not realising that the name I have used has been their "wedding photography" name (its the only name they seemed to go under at the time). So to cut out any confusion make it clear what you want to be credited as on models pages. I have been asked a few times to take down the credited images or to at least remove their name from the title of the image - which is easy if its a recent shoot but being asked 2 years later and having to go through the blog and various other sites I barely use anymore to remove all the "evidence" of them shooting nudes is a little more tricky.

personally i would host 2 sites,

Weddings, children, portraits on one site.

Anything glamour or model based on another.

As already stated use 2 different site names you dont want iconic weddings and iconic glamour for example incase mother or father of the bride end up in a  glamour gallery!
I have never failed But i have discovered thousands of approches which don't work.

some people are totally closed to art.
all they see is smut, grubbiness, deviant.
they make up 90%+ (?) of your customers.

that answers my viewpoint on whether name, bank,
server, identification etc should be on yonder hilltop
and be completely disassociated from the masses

That statement is rather succinct. I was recently told by a very successful thirty-something business proprietor in the hospitality industry that the black & white version of this image is porn. I am just glad that Laylarc wasn't around at the time to correct that particular misconception.
