Howdy strangers!

I have been a member here for a month and I was wondering what I should add to my portfolio.
What would you like to see added to my portfolio?
More lingerie, nudes, portraits, etc... ?

And more important, what to delete?
Any image you feel brings nothing to my portfolio?

Just wondering as I have placed a casting call (with a lot of views) and no replies...
so I need to know what sucks.

Many thanx in advance,
looking forward hearing the reviews, would be most helpful!

In my personal opinion, i'd say maybe add some shoots that are not as sensual.
In this world sex sells, but you could end up looking nice is other kinds of photographs and land a job.
You also could have been overlooked just purely for having one type of vibe.

As for removal not much to say pic wise, although after reading your bio and seeing a very strong statement of "No bondage" and "No girl on girl" But then seeing you naked on top of a woman and two pictures of you bound in handcuffs, it seems pretty contradictory, and may put someone off a tiny bit lol.

Sorry i don't have much more of an opinion other than that. Good luck!

The second and third pics - Choffrey and Mariscotti- while nice pics don't really add to your profile in terms of what you can do. A couple of portraits would be cool.

The most useful images to add are casting shots - simple full standing nude from front back and sides, with absolutely no editing or enhancement and minimal make up, and unedited, unretouched headshots. To me, and many other photographers, such images are worth more than everything else in a portfolio.

I also agree with EthoAprilis in that your portfolio and your statement are contradictory regarding girl on girl and bondage. If you really do not want to work in those genres, then remove those images from your portfolio.

Your casting call is, I think, too general. You would be better to cast for one specific project.

Thank you for the replies!
Will keep them in mind.

I understand it might be contradictory so let me explain:

Girl-on-Girl: the only shoot I have done in that genre was my shoot for Playboy. Considering they asked me to pose for them it would have been mighty stupid to decline. After all it was a shoot for the main series of that issue and cover. It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I took it with both hands, feet and everything else.

Bondage: the images I have in my portfolio are not what I would call 'bondage'. Bondage for me is more extreme with ropes, full body bondage, think Shibari and that stuff but I will rewrite the info on my profile.

Have rewritten my profile, hope this is more clear now. If not, please suggest what to write as English is not my native tongue.

New profile text:
NOT available for:
• Bondage (NO Shibari- robes - full body bondage). OK with hand cuffs, leather bondage gear that does not restrain my body entirely.
• Frontal / spread legs/ erotic / pornographic nudes & videos
• Girl-on-girl (unless for publication. My shoot in Playboy is the only G-G shoot I have ever done)
• Duoshoots with male models

ps: I don't know if my casting call is too general. I have checked other casting calls made by other models here and they are pretty much the same. At least from what I have read.

And I have added some unretouched shots from a shoot with own make-up/hair styling and wardrobe styling.

The profile text is much better now. Your levels are clear. The unretouched shots are good. I think some simpler unretouched shots would still be useful - simple standing full nude (closed leg).

Nothing particularly "sucks"....& as it stands at the moment there's nothing I really dislike...some shots are better than others & a decent full length shot of you standing might be a good addition.

As for not receiving any replies to your casting....You're quite an experienced model, one that some may find intimidating, or assume you to be way out of their price range...on a site which is mainly full of amateur/hobbyists, doing this simply for fun....Plus, you're foreign and that makes you scary...

I see no reason for you to add casting shots to your profile here....especially if you don't have many pic slots....I'm sure, if anyone was serious about booking you, they'd ask you for them.

Just my thoughts....

Next Model Day...23rd March 2014...http://purpleport.com/portfolio/angie...Interested?...Ask me for details.

+1 to Barone's points.

Your re-jigged profile though has strong images that show you well, and in your notes and postings you come across as confident and very approachable.
Hope next month's London visit goes well

Intimidating...
I have had some photographers in the past who said they where afraid to shoot with me and when the shoot was done all they said was: "oh, but you are such a sweet girl".
I get that a lot actually.

Yes, there goes my carefully build persona.

Besides, I'm 5'4. I need a step to reach the top shelf in the kitchen. Very intimidating indeed.

But I am already happy that nothing sucks completely. I do know I still have a lot of work to do and my portfolio is constant evolving and hoping it will be good one day. One day...
