Those who took an interest in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill during its passage through Parliament, and Stop43's campaign to amend the Bill,  may be interested to know that one part of the proposals which came out of the Hargreaves Review - the creation of a Digital Copyright Exchange - has come to fruition in the form of the newly launched Copyright Hub.
It's only a pilot at the moment, but if it is as successful as its creators hope it will be, it could provide a new means for photographers to protect and exploit thier work. But that will only occur if it is taken seriously and is well known to the users it is aimed at.
