You know Really some people actually think this stuff

Oh, you mean like, why is a group of terrorists hiding among women and children firing useless rockets from schools and hospitals, against a modern defense system knowing all too well that it will only cause Israel to respond ?

It has nothing to do with Palestians wanting their own contry, it's all about wanting to destroy Israel.

What do you suggest the Palestinians should do to resist the Occupation and the blockade? Has anyone in a similar position to this (that of the Palestinians) every achieved freedom without violence? I think the people that by the Israeli definition are terrorists (which, in their terms seems to be anyone who isn't a woman or child) are actually living with their families. The people who are generally thought to be real men of violence are not 'hiding' with their families but actually hiding in command bunkers [like the Israeli drone pilots ]. So when the Israelis blow up people's houses and flats it is not a surprise to them that they don't kill many 'terrorists' but just their families. If the UK had had a similar attitude to 'the troubles' in Northern Ireland West Belfast would have been destroyed due to the terrorists who were living there (or as the Israelis would say hiding there). If you were a resident of Gaza what would you do?

So violence is ok but only against Israel ?

IIRC IRA didnt fire rockets against civilian targets in UK even there was about 60 civilians killed in UK. I bet if IRA had fired rockets against big cities the UK, there would have been some serious attacks against it.

Get rid of Hamas and other terrorist organizations operating there. Unfortunately that will never happen, they are more afraid of Hamas than Israel. Why Egypt and Jordania have closed their borders to Palestians ? Looks like no one supports Palestians, why not ?

A bloke I knew once visited a zoo. Bored with the sleeping animals, he jumped over a fence and stuck his finger up a lion's backside. He got right bitter when the lion tore his arm off. Apart from anything else is was just so disproportionate.

Perhaps if the residents of the Gaza strip were to stop firing missiles at Israel, they might improve their situation somewhat. Their situation might have been much better to begin with if they hadn't started firing the missiles in the first place.

As an incidental issue, it is doing the plan for a world wide caliphate no harm at all by distracting attention from the horrors being inflicted in Iraq by the group formerly known as Isis.

60 civilians killed? Compared to the 28 Israelis killed by rockets since Hamas has been using them? So why didn't we blow the shit out of the Irish? Their rockets might hit the headlines but they but they're very ineffective. The IRA killed almost as many with two mainland bombs as the Hamas rockets have managed over 13 years.

And life would have been easier for the French if the resistance weren't so mean to those poor old Nazis too. If your land is taken from you what the hell are you supposed to do? Just smile and say "well they seem like nice people"?

Unfortunate! - I would prefer that posts do not continue the error of comparing Israel to Ireland - Completely different.

If we are also to follow your  VERY warped thinking, then we would have to "get rid" of Israel itself - It is a state sponsored 'dymamo of atrocity'! - "

The IRA did not fire rockets against civilian targets, they used a mortar fired from a transit van to attack 10 Downing Street, which of course backs onto a square garden with loads of government offices surrounding it.

So the solution is to ban Israel from using their Iron Dome defence system so Hamas could kill more Israelis to make it more fair ?

What land ? They didnt accept the 1947 UN resolution ( Israel did ) so they can only blame themselves.

The lands that were taken froim them by the 1947 resolution. The lands that Israel has grabbed since. You have such a narrow and prejudiced view of history that I will leave you. Bye.

Quite! It is somewhat illogical to ignore actions taken by one side simply because they are relatively ineffective - the intention to kill random civilians is still the same, whatever the rights and wrongs of the political system. And we can see what happens to competing religions in Iraq when the other side is more effective...........

I think it makes quite a difference to the thousands of dead and injured, most of whom happen to be Palestinian. Surely most of Israel is populated with reservists who are not innocent civilians but trained military personnel living amongst the community. Surely the logical answer to the problem (if you view it in your terms, which just happens to be the argument advanced by the Israelis well before anyone complained about the inequality of deaths)is that the USA should also provide a defence shield and drones and other precision munitions to the Palestinians. Then Humas would be able to target the Israeli military precisely and with relative impunity.

So you don't actually have a serious answer to my questions. You are really saying you would not object to being imprisoned in Gaza, and would be completely sanguine about your family, friends and neighbours being killed and injured? Strange that your call to 'turn the other cheek' only applies to the Palestinians. The reason Gaza is blockaded (or most would say imprisoned) by the Israelis is to combat the bombings in Israel (see a link to the IRA campaigns there ?). The 1974 Birmingham pub bombing killed 21 civilians and injured 162, rather more than the Hamas rockets have achieved. If the current Israeli government were responding to that atrocity clearly they would have launched rockets to destroy catholic parts of NI, if you can't see that you are probably a Israeli Government spokesman. Israel is in a position of overwhelming power (and supported by huge resources in the USA and EU) so the onus to do something about resolving the situation without killing people must morally fall on them.
