I believe counseling works best... It doesn't mean ur mad it just means u want some1 to talk to where the information goes no further, u get advisement also feel some1 is listening, doesn't work for every1 but was the best thing I did... Maybe q form if charity work? Do something to make u feel good and make new friends outside your normal world? Just some ideas that avoid anti depressants

Best of luck anyway! It's not nice feeling that way x

You don't have to be in a relationship to be happy.
You don't have to be thin to be happy, healthy, yes, happy, no.
You don't have to be rich to be happy.
You don't have to look like George Clooney with a willy the size of the Humber Estuary to be happy.
Happiness is a state of mind not circumstances.
Daft little things can make you happy.
Not taking yourself or things too seriously can make you happy.
Not setting impossible goals makes you happy.
Not listening to fools definitely makes you happy.
Mentally calling me a pretentious old fart can make you happy...be my guest.

The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,

and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you

all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,

the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.

Fair enough BUT clinical depression is completely different from not feeling happy.
