Can anyone help with this problem during calibration, have asked Datacolor, practically said I need to buy a Spyder 4, yet my Spyder 3 seems to work doing everything else, it just can't seem to read the LUT (Look up Tables). Is it possible to reload these from somewhere else in case they are corrupted?

A sanity check error is usually when something goes out of range (if my memory serves me well, I'm not a programmer).

But it sounds about right they'd want you to buy the new one. Thieves.

The LUT ( Look Up Table) is on your graphics card.

Try testing you card using this DataColor program

It could be a hardware problem with the card rather than the software.
