Every year shoot the PR photography for  the Ian Rennie Grove House Hospice in St Albans Midnight Walk

Submitted pics to the local paper hoping to get it a bit of coverage - it just came through the door & they've run it over 2 pages with 10 pictures, RESULT cheeky

What's that got to do with it?  Not all published work is paid, and not all paid work is published!  It was for a good cause too!

How much did they pay?


The paper paid absolutely nothing - exactly the the same as all the other publications that have been sent images from the thousands of PR jobs I've done for assorted companies over the past 27 years.

PR agencies employ photographers to shoot images for their clients which get sent out as press releases all the time which the publications don't pay for - can't quite see the point of your comment unless you think I'm stupid for once a year giving my time for free to a local charitee I choose to support?
