We are delighted to announce the first studio workshop of 2012 at Southampton's Speedlight Studios featuring a day of lighting, Shooting and Editing walkthroughs with our good friend and highly rated photographer Anthony Croshaw.
The workshop will be held on Saturday 21st April at Speedlight Studios.
The day will be made up of 2 sessions with a lighting/shooting workshop in the morning and a chance to get a handle on the "Ant Photography" way of editing workflow in the afternoon. Each session will be 3 hours in duration with an hour in between for lunch and refreshments which will be provided on the day. Bookings are being taken for the morning, Afternoon or Both sessions if desired.
Places are limited to 4 per session so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
Pricing is as follows:
10am-1pm 3hr Morning Lighting/Shooting session £60 per person. 2pm-5pm 3hr Afternoon Editing Retouching Session £50 per person. Full day attendance for both sessions £100 per person.

Morning Shooting Session Includes:
Photography and lighting session covering basic studio techniques: fashion lighting, glamour lighting, high contrast, metering etc. Hard and soft light , when to use one or the other, and how to use both at the same time! Using different modifiers such as beauty dishes, snoots, soft boxes and brollies. Complete walkthrough of three different lighting setups and variations. Model will be provided, along with tips for posing and composition.
Afternoon Editing/Retouching Session includes:
Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop workflows, tips for RAW conversion Photoshop techniques covering skin smoothing, beauty retouching, background smoothing and filters Q&A , complete walkthroughs for as many edits as time allows.
