Diet Advice

Hey i am just wandering what the best diet to stick to is or if it's best to just watch what you eat. I do work out about 4-5 times per week. Any good diet advice anybody can give thanks xxx

Fad diets ruin your body in the longterm - being healthy is a lifestyle, just watch what you eat on a day to day basis.

plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables.
 
cut out crisps and sweets etc.
 
Plenty of water.
 
(It is surprisingly difficult to stick to the above.
