After too much food & drink and you've just finished watching the Queens Christmas Speech - what movie do you want to watch?

It has to be The Great Escape for me - seen it so many times it doesn't matter if you have a little snooze and miss the middle!

But this year I've been told to try It's a Wonderful Life - never seen it yet - any other recommendations?

I do like my films but I've never seen E.T

I think Wizard of Oz will be this years Boxing Day Family movie - for when my daughter has got fed up with her new toys.

As odd as it may seem i have never seen any of the movies mentioned thus far, usually too busy on christmas day anyway, but i do make timefor ET, and no matter how much i try to keep my emotions in check, as soon as ET says "I'll be right here" and touches Elliots chest, well thats it for me, i go gaga, that just totally chokes me up. Films rarely move me as much as that one, classic emoticon
