Yesterday my membership lapsed as I forgot to update my new card details, so assumed I wasnt getting any notifications for receiving emails or for casting calls because of that. At lunchtime today I sorted my card out & upgraded again, but am still not receiving notifications of emails or casting calls, despite checking they are all set up ok. Ive also checked my spam filter & there is nothing there. Any ideas?
Yeah I checked that.
I just logged out of my emails completely (i stayed logged in 24/7 usually) & then logged back in & they have all come through from the last 2 days so it must have been a problem on Virgins Mail Server (though i was getting all other emails which is strange), so i think its sorted now.
