Hi all,

Just wondering if any one here has tried Epsom salts, I bought some the other day as i was having muscle aches from  running and also get a trapped nerve in my neck now and then, and ive just had a bath in it, and oh my i feel totally relaxed  my skin feels nice and smooth and haven't even applied any body lotion yet. I knew the benefits of this great stuff.

But just wondering how many others have been using it maybe for different purposes other than a body detox.? By by Radox lol

I SWEAR by it. When i used to compete in tae kwon do I'd have epsom salt baths regularly to off set any possible DOMS (Delayd Onset Muscle Soreness) (as well as emu oil) Radox is a false economy...there's always a horrible film on the skin

These are not for everyone, if you suffer from heart problems, high blood pressure  or Diabetes you will have to see your Doctor before adding it to your bath.

Felt totally chilled out last night so they definantley work for relaxing and unwinding tired muscles and it draws out all the toxins,  You can actually feel your self over heat.
There magnificiant just read up last night what else they can do, great for many things even your hair.

These sound interesting. How do they actually work? Sounds like it would be good for me as I suffer from DOMS quite frequently from the gym especially in my hamstrings, calves and shoulders.

I am quite sensitive down below though and certain shower gels and bath products can give me thrush and in worse cases cystitus (im unfortuantly prone to both) so would these epsom salts be likely to cause either?

These are acutallly very good for muscle aches and pains and meant to draw out impurities and toxins. like you, And im also very sensitive to bath products and a couple of times after i used them i got thrush. But best bet is to google them or ask in hollandnand barrett. My boyfriend thinks there great for his back and do work. Maybe not soaking female bits in them is wise. as it is a sensitive area
