United Kingdom, England, London
Author and photograph, I do mostly fine art photos, and on occasion, assignments. Do not ask me fashion shots or commercial shots, but I'd be more than happy to help you build your portfolio.
I always prepare the shoots in advance. This means before the session, you'll receive the full brief, the photoshoot sheet, and what you need to bring (Clothes, makeup, etc) I always sign a waiver with the models, one at each session. I prefer to meet the models before the photoshoot to discuss and see if we both want to work together.
I do not own a studio per say, so I shoot on location and various places. I prefer models with some experience, but happy to meet amateur models to see if it could fit.
I work for the long-term with my models. This means I like to have more than one photoshoot if we both like to work together. This is a collaboration, this means I ask the models to be part of the shoot: this means even if I direct the session, I have an open mind and I listen to suggestions and ideas.
20+ years as an art director and creative director makes photography more than just part my life. Directing or taking pictures myself, I work on a long-term with models. This means I like to establish a good professional relationship based on confidence and respect.
I’m based in London, but work also in Paris, Marrakech, and Bordeaux in France.
Most of my work is the result of long prep work, and I share that with models. It could be anything, from inspirational photos to copy I wrote or sketches to explain.
I'm looking for uncommon faces and personalities, and do not select based on race or skin colour. My choice goes to people who want to collaborate on my projects and understand it.
I can only do TFP, but I'm offering different options to the models when I print the pictures for an exhibition.
I have been exhibited in several galleries or festivals in different countries.
