I am 24 years old and work full time in the repairs department in a social housing company. I am currently working on an NVQ during my working hours in Business Admin. I have a young nephew who I care for primarily and spend a lot of my limited spare time socialising with friends and family.
I enjoy trips to the beach and taking my family away on holiday. I take my nephew to the coast quite often and we love to play in the sand, eat ice creams and take in the fresh seaside air. He is two years old, and the most lovable, handsome little boy.
As much as I enjoy meals out with friends, trips to the cinema and days out in the city, I also value my own time- when I get it. I enjoy the peace and quiet of relaxing with a fashion magazine or autobiography.
I was introduced to modelling my a professional photographer who was taking the photographs for a friends wedding. I was maid of honour and as a wedding package, the photographer was offering boudoir shoots for the bride included. The bride did not have the confidence I did, so I was offered the shoot, as a view to developing his own portfolio at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and since have recently done another shoot for the same photographer, and in between, have modelled in underwear and nude for other photographers that I know personally, for them to develop their own portfolios. I had never thought about trying to find modelling work myself, it simply never crossed my mind. After the most recent shoot, the photographer showed some of my pictures to a knitwear company he has shot for previously, and they offered my a job, showing some of their knitwear. It was the hottest day of the year so far, and I was in thick hand knitted jumpers and scarfs and woolly hats. We shot some of the photographs in the studio, and the rest outside, in the blazing heat in a field. The country, girl next door look was the preferred image, which was very different to work I had done previously in the studio in glamorous underwear. Either way, both types of modelling have been really enjoyable and I am eager to continue and develop my experience, knowledge and skills in this area.
My interest started in modelling when I was asked to shoot a boudoir photography shoot for a friends wedding photographer's profile. This developed into infrequent shoots in the same area for the same photographer and others that were developing their own portfolios.
I have experience in boudoir photoshoots primarily, and have recently worked for a knitwear company shooting fashion photography in a studio and on location.
