Layla is a fantastic model. She has amazing curves in all the right places, looks great and is super sexy, sultry and fun to be with. Pre-shoot communication was as good as any model I have worked with- regular texts and chatty friendly phone calls- up to and including the day of the shoot. Layla has great passion and enthusiasm for modelling and works hard to get the right results. From my experience with Layla, there is no way that she deserves the totally unfair and disgraceful negative feedback previously given to her. The complete opposite to the truth- the shoot had never been firmed up by the photographer. Layla comes very highly recommended.
This was a no-show and NO VALID REASON was providedLayla was scheduled for a beauty shoot with myself, a MUA and other models. However it appears that she could not read the info - notes for the shoot written by the MUA, which included date, time and location amongst many other details - which I had emailed to her twice. None of the other models involved with the shoot had a problem receiving and reading the same notes.
Although she had my mobile number (but she failed to provide hers), no attempt was made to call or text me before, during or after the shoot. However I did receive a PM 11 hours after her scheduled start time to say that she received my email but had told me "nothing came up!!".
Unfortunately, due to extremely poor pre-shoot communications I cannot recommend Layla at all because it takes days for each PM reply to come back, she doesn't read messages properly, fails to supply a contact number and appears to have problems opening/reading MS Word and Adobe PDF documents. Makes it far too difficult to arrange a shoot with her.
