Finally got to meet up with Rory and his other half Chrissie Red. We had a shoot arranged when they were up in my area late last year but I got snowed in and couldn't make it and I was gutted!! But all's well that ends well as they say and it was well worth the wait :)
So what can I say about Rory? He's a fantastic photographer who knows what he wants from an image, has a great understanding of lighting and can work in a tineeeey tiny space :) He left me to work my own poses, but his positive reinforcement kept me trying new things and made me more eager to get that perfect capture for him. An absolute delight to work with!
These two made me feel completely at ease and relaxed in their home! They provided me with lots of tea (an absolute necessi -tea *chuckles*), ciggie breaks, time to play with their lovely Alfie cat, Chrissie lent me her latex dress to model in (a first, but most definitley not a last for me....even with the butt sweat!), we continued to shoot on the way to the bus station - the shortest shoot ever at three mins total!! lol :) And they waited with my while my bus didnt turn up!
Honestly, one of the most enjoyable shoots I have done to date! The images I have seen have been great and I cant wait to see the rest :) We already have future shoots in mind and they're going to come and stay with me for a couple of days sometime so I can work with Rory again and get the chance to model with Chrissie :)
Rory is absolutely highly recommeneded to any model - beginnner or proffessional. You just have to meet and work with these two :) Completely mad in the best possible way :) Thank you again for a lovely evening! xx
Had a shoot with Rory this week and I can't recommend him highly enough. Chrissie and Rory made me completely at ease and made sure I was fuelled up on plenty of caffeine throughout :p The shots turned out beautifully and I really do hope that we can work together again in the near future :)
I had a chance to work with Rory yesterday, we made a team for a days shoot with Chrissie. Rory is a great guy to work with, makes a great team and is good company, even he does eat all yer chocolate brownies...j/k. Highly recommended.
I had the pleasure of working with Rory and Chrissie last Sunday and it was an amazing experience. Not only did I get to work with Rory, who is an exceptional photographer and very easy to get on with, but I was also introduced to other contacts.

Literally just back from a shoot with Rory and Chrissie - and still bouncing off the walls from how well it all went!
I'm actually unsure of where to start with saying how great the pair of them were. For starters, they came all the way to Edinburgh from Perth just to pick me up, and drove me back again even though we were only leaving Perth at around ten to 11pm. I really appreciated that, and it just goes to show how generous they are with their time.
I had been really looking forward to the shoot anyway, but both of them were just lovely, great people and I absolutely love quite a few of the images we've previewed so far, can't wait to see the final edits :D
All in all, such a good, rewarding shoot and I look forward to seeing you both again :)
PS - My only gripe: Next time I'm paying part of the petrol costs! :P
