Late cancellation, cancelled within 18 hours of the shootI arranged a shoot with this photographer last week. I was the first to communicate and see if the shoot was still on.
He confirmed and I logged back in late to reply back. The shoot was most definatly on. No mixed communication.
I recieved a text the next morning at 7.30 to say he received my last mail late and had assumed it was off? Even though it was confirmed. He said he had made other arrangements because her thought it was off,which he later tells me it just happened to be work.
I asked kindly for a cancellation fee re my profile, a small £50 cancellation fee, which I would even deduct from the next shoot that I would imagine he would have the decency to do as I couldnt find anyone a few hours before a shoot. He wasnt happy about this even though I was as professional and reasonable as I could be.
I cannot accept people cancelling which seems alot of us are all getting the last few years.
This is my full time job. I have since said I would leave negative feedback, which I dont like to do. I have left it a week and re sent a mail to touch base. It has been read with no reply and now I am leaving the feedback. I rthink I have been fair enough.
Unacceptable because he wanted to take paid work over a paid model shoot.

Had my 4th shoot with Nick the other day. We had a great time and achieved some cool images. Nick has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. Would certainly recommend :)

Nicks a lovely guy, he knows what he wants and gets it done very professionally.
He came well prepared and directed when needed, I will look forward to working with him again soon :)

I just got back from my photoshoot with Nick today. He is very professional and easy going, lovely to work with!! I would definitely recommend him. I look forward to seeing the pictures from today. :)
