Hi I specialize in "Fashion & Horses" i.e. people and 'their' horses with a fashion twist. My background is horses, grew up with them and competed as a show jumper in my teens, I have worked with horses for over 30 years (as a farrier, trainer and photographer) but only been photographing them for the last 15. My interest in photography started while I was a school when I learnt how to develop film and make prints, it continued as a hobby until 2001 when I felt it was time for a career change and started photographing horses full-time.

Comments:
I am always on the lookout for make-up artists to work with me as a one off or on a semi permanent basis - it is always paid work. Please note: I do not do TFP/CD or pay models for my "Fashion & Horses" work, unless it is going to be something extra special, as we are a portrait studio, i.e. the models pay us.

I worked with Alec as his MUA on a portrait shoot for several girls. Communication and arrangements were good and the day ran smoothly producing some excellent results! Highly recommended.

I had my first shoot with Alec today and it certainly won't be my last! Alec is a fantastic photographer, very professional. Made me feel really comfortable and we had a fun shoot :) as well as fantastic results to what I have seen so far. He has a great personality, All in all a fantastic shoot! Highly Recommended. Thankyou for a great shoot and look forward to meeting again in the summer :)

I had my first shoot with Alec last weekend and really enjoyed it. Alec is a really nice, professional photographer who makes you feel at ease straight away, and as a result we got some great shots on the day. I would definately model for him again, and I would highly recommend anyone else that gets the chance to do the same.
