WilliamDavid is an unashamed "old fashioned" photographer - whose training in film has been extended into digital. Trained in professional photography in the late 70's. Major work is mainly with actors and performers to build up image confidence and range. Being on Purestorm is an interesting sideline. However happy to work with models starting out, and specializing in the more unusual area of male shoots - subject to them being professional in attitude and arrangements - even if it's "just for fun". Fun is a major aspect of the experience shoot - hard work maybe - but fun too! Most shoots take place within a Leicester Theatre Company/Arts Centre location, and yes images often do have a touch of theatre and performance to them. But early shoots are very technique biased - so that those new infront of the camera can have confidence [ and deliver] results to any photographer, not just WilliamDavid! WilliamDavid does not shoot adult work. Although TF shoots are now strictly limited - they may still be offered on occassion - but at a time to suit Wil.D. If interested in taking part in a shoot feel free to get in touch to explore possible options. About:- I press the button - you do the rest! This promotional slogan has been taken by some as a statement rather than a advertising slogan! I could ofcourse put "I don't just press the button but do this do that..." but I won't because no matter how good the photographer is the subject comes first! My job is help someone find what they can achieve image wise, and yes that is a bit more than pressing the button - but it's still a good slogan!! Wishing you the very best here on Purestorm.

David was great to work provided all the details i needed pre-shoot.

Also once arrived felt relaxed and ready to the pictures turned oput great. I would definitly reccomend and would love to work with David again.

William was a very professional and friendly character, I really enjoyed working with him and his use of random props! He really taught me what to expect of the modelling industry and to top it off produced some amazing pictures as well!
definitely recommend!

it was an absolute plesure to work david today must have been the best shoot i have done to date he made me feel welcome and at ease but yet still a real profesional he tought me alot of techniqes that im sure i will use for the rest of my career in the model industry he really got out of me what direction i could go and also showed me where i needed to improve and how i could improve i would definatly recomend any one to work with him thank you once again
