Experience:
Turned semi-pro a couple of years ago and kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I have over 15 years photographic experience (mostly military(a bit sneaky), reportage, portraits and weddings).
I've shot most disciplines over the years and discovered I prefer working with people, so I've done a lot of portrait work, a few weddings and over the last year or so I've done a few shoots for models, just starting out/wanting to update their portfolios.
I do a lot of children's portraiture too, so got myself Enhanced CRB checked. Some find that reassuring, LOL.
Comments:
Generally, I prefer to work with natural light and reflectors on location and having bored my friends and family (LOL), I'm now looking to work with others outside my normal circles, to help them with images for their portfolio, and to update mine of course.
For the moment, what I'd really like to shoot is models on location (local parks/beauty spots/etc), up to implied topless, but more fully clothed - kind of lifestyle portraiture.
I don't mind if you want to bring along a friend as a chaperone, but let me know in advance (might have to pack extra biscuits/chocolate). If you're under 18, I'm afraid you must bring a parent/guardian to the shoot (& ID will be asked for).
I don't mind travelling (not too far) and can do home or location. I don't supply outfits or a MUA, although I'm working on the latter.
I also frequent http://www.tfpmodels.net, where I'm working with a couple of models to build their portfolios.
PS. If we have arranged a shoot and you discover you can't make it, let me know ASAP. A text will do. I will not leave negative feedback if you just contact me. We can always rearrange the shoot, but it's harder to remove negative feedback.
