I've always wanted to model but have never actually done anything about it so i'm looking to start right away. In an ideal world all shoots would be paid but thats not how it works so i'm interested in both time for prints and paid shoots. Having said that any people emailing me with 'special offers' for a portfolio will be ignored, i will not be parting with my hard earned money no matter how professional you say you are. Although my profile states 'amateur' which is true, this does not mean i am niave and lack common sense. Constructive feedback/criticism is always welcomed but only if it will actually help me in some way. If you are just setting out to be rude i don't have the time of day for you. Those of you taking the time out of your day to send me decent advice. . thank you! To save wasting both mine and your time i am happy to do tasteful nude shots but anything which involves being spreadagled is a big no. I have a huge pet hate of tacky 'modelling' shots where so many things are wrong with the picture, this is not always the photographers fault i realise it takes a lot of shots to get it down to a few amazing shots (this is from experience, i am definitely not the most photogenic person in the world ) but i would only ever use shots i was atleast 95% happy with. That aside, i look forward to hearing from you all and potentially shooting with you in the near future. The real pleasure of being a photographer is meeting new people and Emma was no exception, it was a joy to work with her today.
For a relatively inexperienced model she was comfortable in her posing, friendly and confident with little direction needed.
Very pleased with the images and hope to work with her again soon.
