I had a wonderful shoot with Simon during my stay in Gloucester. When I arrived he suggested that we did a shoot with no make-up on, I must admit I did feel quite apprehensive about this but Si made me feel comfortable and I felt that I could brave it. When I saw the results I was so chuffed that I'm now going to show off my natural face more often! Simon is easy going, kind hearted and he knows how to host a good shoot. I would highly recommend him to models who are looking to achieve some great pictures for there portfolios! Thank you very Simon!
Had a very enjoyable 1-2-1 tuition with Si, as he makes the learning fun as well as informative. Very patient and good at explaining things in a easy to follow way, especially giving little tips, which will be remembered at my next shoot. Was well worth the visit, I do recommend! Had a wonderfully relaxing day with Si who is not only an astonishingly good photographer, a talented make-up artist but is also great fun to be around. We drank countless cups of tea and Simon made me lunch in between adjusting make-up and lighting. He provided me with some stunning images and made one of them his main profile picture :)Can't wait for next time! Thanks Si! Highly recommended.
I spent a day with Simon to help me progress as a photographer, I now understand some of the basics behind what makes a decent image and am able to look at images in a different way, I also picked up lots of helpful tips on how I can improve my own work, the good thing about Simon's tuition is it can be applied to any style of photography, he left me with plenty to think about and I will be interested to see how I progress in the next 6 months.
I fully loved shooting with Si, what a dude. The complete package - nice guy, good photographer, MUA(!), fake Irish accent, sense of humour, good taste in women's clothes, what more could you want. 100% recommended and would definitely work with him again! J x
