having e-books printed ?

These people do a fairly decent product at a reasonable price....they do a storyteller style if that is what you're looking for

Blurb.com? They're a vanity publishing company and their whole set up seems quite reasonable and cool.

Anyone know where to get a few e-books made up into a physically printed book at a decent price ? even double sided printing and ring bound would do.
Before anyone mentions copyright etc etc yes i have permission from the author to have it done, and written authorisation would be available
I just hate having to scroll through pdf pages !
