I wish mate.....just nice to go home tonight after a hard month; as i was of at start for an operation, so i never though i would get anywhere near my target.

Well this is not model related but thought i'd share this as there is so much doom and gloom related to jobs and young people been unemployed.

I hit my monthly target of getting 10 young people into apprenticeships this month. I am pleased my hard work has paid of but more pleased i have set(hopefully) ten people up and given them a chance to make something of themselves. This has been such a hard year(well since i took the job in feb) and days like this are rare, so i am quite pleased today. I could of actuallly had double that amount but i have had 11 kids walk out of jobs within a week for various reasons [angry4]
