Someone is surprised that terrorists can't be trusted ?

"In an ongoing study of violence between Israel and Gaza, The Jerusalem Fund, a non-profit in Washington, D.C., has catalogued cease-fire violations on either side. The principal finding is as follows: “Palestinian launches have been rare and sporadic and occurred almost always after successive instances of Israeli cease-fire violations.” Despite this, in the diplomacy on Mid-East peace, we invariably hear about Israel’s security concerns, while that of the Palestinians’ is hardly mentioned"

Here is a graph that they have produced:-

Non-Profit perhaps, but not necessarily Non-Prophet.

I copied that link directly from a search engine result using the name that you yourself supplied with your graph. The article, and all of the words contained in my post, are as copied and links directly to the organization's web site. My avatar has nothing to do with anything. I hate this violence, on both sides, as much as anyone else.

Oh, you mean like, why is a group of terrorists hiding among women and children firing useless rockets from schools and hospitals, against a modern defense system knowing all too well that it will only cause Israel to respond ?

It has nothing to do with Palestians wanting their own contry, it's all about wanting to destroy Israel.

What do you suggest the Palestinians should do to resist the Occupation and the blockade? Has anyone in a similar position to this (that of the Palestinians) every achieved freedom without violence?
I think the people that by the Israeli definition are terrorists (which, in their terms seems to be anyone who isn't a woman or child) are actually living with their families. The people who are generally thought to be real men of violence are not 'hiding' with their families but actually hiding in command bunkers [like the Israeli drone pilots ]. So when the Israelis blow up people's houses and flats it is not a surprise to them that they don't kill many 'terrorists' but just their families.
If the UK had had a similar attitude to 'the troubles' in Northern Ireland West Belfast would have been destroyed due to the terrorists who were living there (or as the Israelis would say hiding there).

If you were a resident of Gaza what would you do?
Like any dealer he was watching for the card that is so high and wild he'll never need to deal another...

So violence is ok but only against Israel ?

IIRC IRA didnt fire rockets against civilian targets in UK even there was about 60 civilians killed in UK.
I bet if IRA had fired rockets against big cities the UK, there would have been some serious attacks against it.

Get rid of Hamas and other terrorist organizations operating there.
Unfortunately that will never happen, they are more afraid of Hamas than Israel.

Why Egypt and Jordania have closed their borders to Palestians ? Looks like no one supports Palestians, why not ?

A bloke I knew once visited a zoo. Bored with the sleeping animals, he jumped over a fence and stuck his finger up a lion's backside. He got right bitter when the lion tore his arm off. Apart from anything else is was just so disproportionate.

Perhaps if the residents of the Gaza strip were to stop firing missiles at Israel, they might improve their situation somewhat. Their situation might have been much better to begin with if they hadn't started firing the missiles in the first place.

As an incidental issue, it is doing the plan for a world wide caliphate no harm at all by distracting attention from the horrors being inflicted in Iraq by the group formerly known as Isis.

60 civilians killed? Compared to the 28 Israelis killed by rockets since Hamas has been using them? So why didn't we blow the EdT is a naughty person out of the Irish?

Their rockets might hit the headlines but they but they're very ineffective. The IRA killed almost as many with two mainland bombs as the Hamas rockets have managed over 13 years.
