Commercial Lingerie Work?

Howdy everyone
I had a brainwave the other day that I wanted to get into more lingerie shoots and (fingers crossed) commercial lingerie modelling.
I thought of it because I've loved modelling lingerie in the past, and because I'm an unusual shape and bra size it might help me to model for places that carry unusual bra sizes (bravissimo, ann summers etc)
I've been told so many times that I'm suited to glamour because of my bust but honestly I don't think I have that glamour look, and I'm not keen on it personally

So I seek your wisdom, users of purestorm! How could I get into commercial lingerie modelling somewhere along the line?

quick stats
height: 5'9"
bust: 30FF
waist: 25
hips: 35

Realistically, most companies that large-scale hire through an agency.

Your best bet is probably to get yourself to London for the day with some snapshots and visit lots of different agency open calls. With stats like yours, you should find someone!

Just a heads-up, Models1 open calls are Monday-Friday 10-12noon. Don't bother with makeup, they prefer to see the bare canvas, but if you absolutely cannot go barefaced then use a BB cream and some subtle mascara. They'll ask you what you've done etc but they couldn't care less about random TF, they want to see if you've been published, worked for big brands etc before rather than how many shoots you've done. If it were me, i'd only take the last 4 photos on your page here, they won't need to see any more than that and they will take polaroids of you in the office.

They're nice people and a HUGE agency so think positive, but don't get disheartened if they say no or whatever. there's plenty more out there.

Hmmm, I have my doubts about the last of those four. I'd swap that one for the current main.

Personally I think the OP's facial features are potentially attractive to an agency - but it all depends on whether they already have someone with a similar look on their books.

Swap the last of the four mentioned above, ie. get rid of the somewhat dubious one by zzdigital.

Current main image isn't as flattering with regards skintone as the other headshot (agencies don't want to see plastic skin but they don't want to see imperfections either), and if OP wants to book lingerie she really should go with a lingerie shot to show them, snapshot or portfolio based. With hindsight i'd probably take a full length polaroid in lingerie and take that instead, shows your body better.

PLASTIC SKIN????

I'm talking about this one in which her skin has obviously not been retouched:

Which one are you talking about?

I'm talking about that one.

I mean that agencies want a HAPPY MEDIUM between plastic skin and something that doesn't show a somewhat more even, lightly retouched complexion. That photo has an unevenness about it around the chin and cheek that may turn agencies off...might be freckles, might be blemishes, i don't know, but it looks uneven and there are better ways to do a headshot to show off freckles if thats what they are, as they are on her forehead.
