| mickyb Photographer Location United Kingdom North Yorkshire York | I worked with a new model in June for tfcd and following the shoot I placed a few images of her on my Flickr account. Since then she has worked with a few other photographers and I must say, much better than me, as I have seen some of the images on her Facebook page and on Google images. I have received 2 messages from her in quick succession, the first asking me to take the topless images off my Flickr account. The second message that I received today says, when I asked why "Because I don`t like all of them and I don`t do modelling anymore full time and it's my rights.." I must add that at the time of the shoot no model release form was signed, mainly because as an enthusiastic amateur I have no aspirations to sell any images and am well aware of my limits. I believe I have the right to display my work on a photo sharing site or even my own website but it depends on whether I want to be Mr nice guy and remove them to keep the peace. I must say however that this is the third time in as many months where a model has asked for images to be removed from display. I even had one girl's agent ring me as they felt it might affect her working with children and the image of the company she works for. Anyone got any opinion or thoughts on this potentially tricky situation? |

| rattusratus Model | i can be a pain in the ass as a photographer it irritates me to no end when a model expects me to take down images i worked hard to edit and create however it more annoying when a tog dosnt see thing from your side, i shot with a photographer a while ago and have asked for images to be hidden or the name to be changed because they keep popping up in relation to me and it has stopped me getting jobs (in the real world) i dont even ask he takes them down just either change the viewing settings or not have my real name |

| mickyb Photographer Location United Kingdom North Yorkshire York | Paul, I would tend to agree with you but this is the third time it's happened in fairly quick succession. I'm not saying my portfolio is the best in the world but I like it and a few really good images, in my opinion, have been removed because I have been asked nicely and I really don't want confrontation, this is supposed to be my hobby and I get great enjoyment out of it....... at the moment |

Definitely + 1 This has happened to me twice in the last couple of months, both demanded that they were to be removed, both got two words from me, and second word was off. |

Although I probably would take them down I think that is a bit harsh! After all, the point about TF is that she gets images for her portfolio - and so do you. Provided you have shot within her levels there is no reason why you should comply with the request to take them down. |

| MaoZhu Photographer Location United Kingdom Wiltshire Warminster | I have had this happen to me, even after signing a model release. But I was asked nicely and given a free session for being nice back and removing them. I think it pays to be nice. |
