Ive tried twice now on separate days to cancel my silver membership by trying to log on to Worldpay. I saved my username and password for it on my laptop so I know it isnt wrong.
It keeps saying that a problem occurred when I try to log in. I've emailed purestorm about this but haven't had a response back.

Has anyone had any difficulties with Worldpay before and can anyone suggest anything?

If you have problems with the WorldPay system, which though very secure can be very temperamental, please
use the [
Contact us] link when logged into your Purestorm account and we will flag it for webmaster attention.
Note that on security grounds Moderators do not get access to members' banking details & pass.
