I haven't read all the replies sorry

few questions for you though

How many meals are you eating a day

What times are you eating what food i,e what time you have carbs protein etc

what training are you doing in the gym ?

and I have heard no mention of Fat ???

you have to eat FAT to lose FAT .. but good fats like nuts/fish stuff rich in omega oil

I'm not counting calories and if.I'm.being honest my diet was shocking I would barely eat a meal a day . My 2 year old ate more than me. I'm not cutting out food im actually eating more but in a balanced way. So I'm no where near overeating.

I know im going to go to boots tomorrow and my weight and bmi and percentage of body fat etc


Fingers crossed I havent put too much on lol

Hi,

Ive went from one small meal to 3 a day..
Porridge or similar for breakfast.
Grilled chicken salad for lunch... No dressings.
And a chicken meal with some carbs.. ie brown rice etc


I wake between 6 and 8 every day, depending on work and children and I make my children's breakfast for them straight away so once I've fed them I will eat. So within the first hour of waking up. lunch between 12 and 1.
And dinner usually after 4 but before 6.

I don't way fish at all even though I buy and cook fresh fish for the boys... I'm a bit of a hypocrite, make the children eat well and fresh lol but pay mo attention to my own eating habits. BUT I have managed to eat a bit of tuna recently which is 1st in years. And I have been pitting almonds amd hazelnuts through cereals etc x

I'm doing a cardio and abs workout set out by personal trainer. And using resistance machines , running, cycling and rowing also I try and go.for a run if its possible.

This is total rubbish.  All it means is that your kidneys have to work harder to get rid of it, you have to be very careful about your salt loss, and you'll spend half your life going to the loo.

Some of the protein/powder based drinks can lead to bloating ! maybe try a different brand, although it usually settles down as your sytem aclimates to it.
