If I'm paying a model for a shoot, especially if it's my own project, then I would rather decide for myself what will be used or not after the shoot is over.

Agreed, but you do want the model to be happy and comfortable with the poses she's being asked to do. I remember one model telling me about a tog asking her to almost porn like poses on a TFCD shoot. Quite rightly she challenged the pose and said it was pornie. The tog said yeah you're right what's the problem. Quite rightly she declined to pose in the manner suggested.

And the end of the day you want a model who enjoyed the shoot and would be happy to work with you again and a tog who got the shots he wanted.

+1 to that.
Doesn't matter what term of shoot its on if porny poses weren't discussed before the shoot it just shouldn't be asked.
I remember doing an artnude thing and a photographer asking me to squat in the corner of the room with my back to him, pushing my arse out while he was laying on the floor shooting up the way. I was like "urm no" then he had a little huff. First and last time I ever let anybody else book photographers I'm going to work with for me.

If a photographer asks me for a specific pose I do it but then I do an "alternative" version - which is usually much more flattering but not too dissimilar.

Oh no, I get that, I just mean the photos after the model has finished posing. I would totally expect and understand if a model said 'no' to a pose or idea at the time. My reasoning is that if it's a personal project or brief then the models idea of what is good may differ from the photographers.

It might be worth watching 'My big boobs and me'.

It's a documentary looking at 3 girls with large natural boobs and different ways of coping with them, including physio, learnign to love them, surgery, diet and exercise. No idea if it will help you any but you never know

You can get idea of scarring from here - http://www.realself.com/breast-reduction/before-and-after-photos
It's different for everyone I guess (depending on skin type, surgeon etc)

Scarring after breast reduction is significant and always a lot more obvious and noticeable than enlargement that can be done through small incisions. Breast reduction is a big complex operation completely different to augmentation. Go to Google images and search for "breast reduction scars": it will probably convince you that this operation should only be conducted for medical rather than aesthetic reasons.

I'm a natural FF/G and I would like the cleavage you get with smaller boobs or fake boobs. I was just wondering peoples experiences of boob jobs and reductions. Did you find it made a big change, how did the scars heal, and do they feel like they are "part of you", did you have any problems? Is there any natural ways to make them firmer and perky. (not saying mine are saggy, just not as high as I'd like them to be!) I've heard so many horror stories, and so many people said that it has changed their life, it's a big step so I don't know what would be best. x

Had mine done last April 2011. everything well went, I didnt feel pain when i woke up from the opp, just felt a bit heavy on the top half, but had pain killers and it really helped, had to sit up to sleep for 2 weeks. The scar is 1 inch and very faint, I do life classes and people have stated they can't see and didn't even know i had a boob job, they look quiet natural and feel harder than natural boobs. I wish id had ure boobs, lol ive had to pay alot to be an F cup. reductions ive heard take longer to heal and have more risks, more scars.
