| gerryquiff Photographer Location United Kingdom Lanarkshire Bonnie Scotland | I don't know about shortened, but they're not a shortened price Gerry My mate's brother is a body guy for a Land/Range Rover main dealer, I'm sure the back doors are shortened and also back quarter to fit Discovery chassis. (it looks like a bobbed range rover  As you say, not a pretty price |

| Sussex_studio Studio Location United Kingdom West Sussex Haywards Heath | Maybe try a Honda Jazz ,Yaris or Mazda 2 for low insurance and amazing reliability! The jazz is very versatile and has a good ride -Mazda 2 is basically a Fiesta with a different style/components and is engaging to drive. |

| cathfazaxxx Model Location United Kingdom Bristol Bristol/Essex | If I was buying a new car today I'd probably go for the Peugeot 208 - the 1.2 has more power than the 1.4 207/206 + it's very economical and road tax is about £20/£30 a year - as it's a new car though not much going in the way of offers/discounts at present Peugeout also have offers going on the (end of line) 207 Sportium i wouldn't go with peugeout again, my car has been amazing (206) but i all peugeots rather slow. My dad has had the 207 basic and 207 sport and both to me are boring... i want something a bit more faster . i'd only ever get a peugeot again if its that sport TT look a like now that is a good looking car! |

| tob Photographer Location Europe Germany Hamburg | Ever thought of getting a Skoda Octavia, maybe as RS Diesel? Plenty of boot to store all things a model will ever need on tour and comfortable on long trips. The build quality of Skoda is at a high level and every VW or Audi dealer shall be able to do the service. I had one in the past and would've bought it again, but need more towed load. You'll get at least 80 percent Audi TT at a reasonable price. |

| clarmike Photographer Location United Kingdom East Sussex hove | Of course everyone thinks that they are a motoring expert but the difference is that I know I am. I have driven over 1,500,000 miles and while I am now very old , I still drive very well (in my humble opinion, ) My present car is a 2 door Audi A3 Diesel. It is one the best cars that I have ever had, it is quick, sporting, looks good, reasonable insurance and economic. I thoroughly recommend it.. Buy one and have fun and enjoy your motoring as much as one can with the roads and traffic being in their present state. Mike B.R.D.C member for 58 years |

| HowardJ Photographer Location United Kingdom Surrey | What is wrong with French cars? When I went in Halfords they was all moaning about French cars... Ain't Peogeot French? They're French..... and yes, Peugeot is French. Usually they have really odd designs and sometimes some strange concepts in their mechanical bits. |
