This means that I'm nor allowed an opinion on this thread but I'll give it anyway. I never bother reading the photographers' casting calls. One of the perks of being an amateur is I'm not in competition with anybody else so I don't care what anybody else is shooting. I have just quickly read all of the adult castings calls in the first 11 pages. Over half them seemed professional to me. The other half seemed honest and upfront about what they wished to shoot and all the photographers bar one had pictures that were of a reasonable standard - so not shooting with a compact camera and a popup flash. It wasn't quite the torrent of sleaze I was led to expect. It looked like the usual photographer offers work; model chooses whether ot not to apply; nobody else's business routine to me. I certainly didn't spot any signs that Purestorm had started to go downhill. Some people may not like where its at but thats another story ... BTW 15% of the models that have left references for the OP have also sent me pm's offering to do adult shoots with me. I'm guessing that this allowable because no casting call was involved. |

To work on indoor and outdoor locations as our summer weather is getting better. Looking for new faces as this will be for various publications." A sense of humour is a must. Inbox me for further details. Ken DOES THIS NOT suggest the type of shoot described in the forum post?, or is it slighty more proffesional to the as you say "ametuers" way of posting. hmmmmm  |

I don't think Amber has agreed with you at all. I think you are using her to dig yourself out of the hole you have dug for yourself. You mention nothing about politeness and respect. You read between the lines and came up with some silly notions of what "certain" guys were actually looking for. Best solution to this is don't, just let people get on with their lives. Models have to earn their money and I doubt very much whether they are to worried about what so and so gets up to.after the shoot. You just need to go off and act professionally. |

There's lovely respectable photographers and pervy twatty photographers. I take people how I find them not on what level they're at in photography or modelling. Just because someone doesn't do photography as a job it doesn't make them a pervert. If they're paying my rates and treating me with respect then I'm not treating them differently to the photographers that publish me. Why does there always have to be some form of playground argument on here? We are all supposed to be adults aren't we? | |

So it appears that the OP is advertising on a site where 95% of models don't do adult and 95% of photographers who book them for paid shoots are amateurs. A lot of models are put off this site by dozens of unwanted requests for adult shoots by "professional" photographers looking to make a quick buck using "new faces" for their adult publications. I think most models on here would prefer these pro level pushers to stick to sites dedicated to adult levels. |
