| JennyWren Model  Location United Kingdom Dorset Shaftesbury | Glad you are ok, my other half had a serious crash a few years ago and was airlifted to hospital. He was very lucky and suffered no breaks or fractures, just a few nasty cuts and a bump to the head. It shook him up for months. I had to literally trick him into driving again as I was worried he just wouldn't. Hope you don't have too many issues with the insurance and that you are back on the road soon. Many hugs. |

I got sideswiped by large box van a couple of years ago, I had two passengers but nobody was hurt thank goodness…. The driver of the van was clearly at fault but I had to chivvy my insurance company to chase the other party and took 6 months to get my excess repaid I’m still getting texts from personal injury agencies encouraging me to submit a claim. Lots of shenanigans going on in the insurance industry, they sell your details to agencies then hold up thier hand in horror (and put up premiums) becuase of all the personal injury claims. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18706251 |

I've already been driving again in another car just purely because I wanted to get back behind the wheel asap and not suffer any form of flash backs or anything. I did it on my own too as I was alone when the incident happened and I wanted to make sure that I was fine to drive. I'll be fine, however I have some random bruising coming out in places in random shapes... I have no idea how they got there or what it could have been from in the accident  |

My car came out relatively untouched, but it did have to spend a 1.5 weeks in the garage. Fortunately I had a courtesy car to keep me on the road. |
