| Phil_M Photographer Location United Kingdom Greater Manchester Stockport | The 'eat healthy' advice is quite an interesting one, because there is a lot of research starting to come out that saturated fat isn't actually the 'evil' it has been promoted as. According to this research, the claim is now that amongst other things, polyunsaturated fats are bad for you (margarine, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil) and that saturated fat (butter, lard, beef dripping) is actually beneficial (along with monounsaturated fats - olive oil). The trouble is, the more you look into it, the deeper the rabbit hole goes. I love you. Im printing this out and putting it on my fridge |

| KazBxx Model Location United Kingdom West Midlands Birmingham | Green tea - pop it in your bath, drink it in tea or take capsules. it is full of antioxidants and calming L-Theanine. Do something positive everyday that makes you laugh - such as watching comedy, reading a funny book or being silly. (mocking the elderly or tripping up small children doesn't count). Dispense with unneccessary guilt - knocking one out regularly is normal and good for your heart. You don't have to forget but try to forgive. Bitterness is ageing and can often show in a persons face. |
