The 'eat healthy' advice is quite an interesting one, because there is a lot of research starting to come out that saturated fat isn't actually the 'evil' it has been promoted as. According to this research, the claim is now that amongst other things, polyunsaturated fats are bad for you (margarine, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil) and that saturated fat (butter, lard, beef dripping) is actually beneficial (along with monounsaturated fats - olive oil). The trouble is, the more you look into it, the deeper the rabbit hole goes.

I love you.

Check out 'Trick and Treat' by Barry Groves and 'The Diet Delusion' by Gary Taubes. They go into it in detail (especially The Diet Dellusion - that's a hefty book).

Green tea - pop it in your bath, drink it in tea or take capsules. it is full of antioxidants and calming L-Theanine.

Do something positive everyday that makes you laugh - such as watching comedy, reading a funny book or being silly. (mocking the elderly or tripping up small children doesn't count).

Dispense with unneccessary guilt - knocking one out regularly is normal and good for your heart.

You don't have to forget but try to forgive. Bitterness is ageing and can often show in a persons face.

'Enjoy yourself you are a long time dead'
Give up smoking, cheap wine, fried food, fast food, TV, newspapers & things you hate.
Enjoy power naps.

You won't actually live any longer but your life will be so damn boring that you'll think you are living forever.

Don't inject heroin into your eyeball whilst driving a stolen milkfloat down some concrete steps.
That's what I always say.

  + 1,000!!

From another green tea fan, who is positive thinking, smiles a lot, loves watching or reading good humour and forgives when necessary...BUT,

Have never tried green tea in my bath though.......though that was only for Martians...OR you could end up like this...
Elizabeth Arden quote - 'I'm not interested in age. People who tell their age are silly. You're as old as you feel' OR LOOK...
