The abs are the hardest muscles to develop. Try raised bench sit ups, lots of them. And refer to a good book. Low fat and high protein diet is essential because excess fat will always stay around the stomach area.

You have strong definition in your legs, decent definition to your abs, a flat stomach, generally toned all over, proportionate and no cellulite/flabby bits that I can make out. Just a thought but perhaps you should stop thinking you don't look good simply because you're not quite where you want to be figure-wise and realise that you do have a good physique, one that plenty of guys would be happy to have. Fair enough to keep working at it if you want to beef up more but you shouldn't be telling yourself that you don't look good, you're getting yourself down for no reason.

A dry sponge is a happy sponge.
