I'm saying this is page 1 worthy of:

And on a different note, I'd suggest hiring a personal trainer to sort out your workout and possibly someone to look at your diet and tie the two together. Hard work at the gym does give results. If it isn't, it's because you are doing something wrong, somewhere, in the entire plan.

First of all, dont take drugs.

How long have you been going?
What do you do when there?
How is your diet (training is 80% diet, 20% training, you are what you eat).

Training will pay off, but some body types may not get that much larger, just more toned. It takes MANY weeks/months/years to improve. You will also hit stages where for weeks you are stuck at the same level and weights. Eventually you will get past this and move on, but it will take a while and will sicken you.

I have just had a week off (well 5 days) from the gym, due to work and the staff being on strike on Wednesday. I went back yesterday and struggled with the routing i normally do. This happens with everyone.

No one is ever perfect.  I would suggest you go for a more balanced week.  Drop to 3 times a week, and be less critical of yourself and how you look.
Fun, friendly and experienced mature model with lively personality and youthful figure!

how long do ur training sessions last!
as they say when ur lifting weights if u keeping lifting past the point of when ur biceps start to hurt then ur muscle react better and realise to add muscle on!
hope u kinda understand that lol its kinda like tricing ur brain into telling ur arms to add muscle on!

The quality of photography isnt how many images you take but rather how many times an image can take your breath away!

Your diet will almost certainly be the issue. Training is a small part of results, diet is paramount!

I'd say don't worry about it and start eating more biscuits.

Stay away from thermabols, they do more trouble than they do help.

If you're doing weights you need to go HEAVY. Make sure your technique is solid before you go heavy though. The main aspect you need to concentrate on though is your nutritional intake. If you're not eating enough your body will cannibalize itself for nutrients and energy it's missing.

Seriously, you need to be eating more often but super clean. Cut back on the amount of carbs you're on and maybe look at taking in 500 calories less than your BMR (basal metabolic rate). The guys who are super cut have a BFI % of probably 10% or less and probably spend a LOT of hours in the gym.

These are just ideas if you've not looked into them (I don't want you coming back to me saying I said whatever and it didn't work so this is my disclaimer, ha!)

I was going to say have a word with Grez on here as he's a fellow male model and has turned his life around and then some but he's parted ways...

As mentioned before, your best bet would definitely be having a sit down with a PT and get them to work out a schedule with your targets in mind.
