I am basically pale, or whatever the shade is, that is beyond pale is.  I am clumsy, but at the same time, I literally just have to touch something and I bruise.  Bruises are nasty things - they show prominently, last for ages, start purple, then turn greeny/yellow, and half the time I don't even know I have them.

Is there a vitamin or supplement I can take, which might make me less susceptible to bruising?

AND

And good make up or tips for covering up bruising (normal foundation I've found does not work)?

Thanks! X

Arnica supplements are supposed to help prevent bruising. I've not tried it myself but I have similar problems with bruising so I've been told about it many times!

You can also get specialist cover up foundation from brands such as Covermark for tattoos, scars and bruises.  However, I find that this is quite good for reddish marks, blue/purple marks like bruises are less easy to cover.  I also have to mix several different shades to get the proper tone to match my skin

Cool, thanks. I knew about Arnica cream to apply to bruises, but not the supplements.

Yep Arnica is the way to go. I know quite a few models have started on them a few weeks before having a boob job in order lessen the bruising and it seemed to work. I'm not sure if they're good for longer term use though.
