Weight loss while training

Hi girls,

I've been dieting now on slimming world for 8 weeks and lost 1 stone and 1/2

Though I had a blip over christmas.

I've always lost on this diet and have kept to it.

About 8 days ago I joined the gym and have literally worked out every day and ran about 15 miles@ the weekend (marathon training) as a result I've lost 0lbs.

Is this normal?

I did loose 1% of my body fat this week since joining the gym, so I assume that was replaced with muscle? I'm not sure you can gain muscle that fast?

I'm finding it very frustrating.
