| AliceCat Model | First time I've been called a "silly goose". How charming. I think it's the first time I've called someone "silly goose" as well |

| simon007 Photographer Location United Kingdom Essex | Thanks all for your comments. My co-producer did say to me that some hotels could sue you if a video made in one of their rooms was recognised and may affect their business. He also mentioned a fair amount of models would not like to do a shoot in a hotel room. The models might find it seedy. I do femdom, punishment and fetish material and so could be worried about discretion but think I might take a chance. Stay in a good hotel, large double room could make a good saving plus allow me to relax a lot more. Take my time to set up and have all night to wind down. Different hotels would supply different looks/scenes. Hotel rooms would never replace a studio but could provide a great alternative. Even a more expensive hotel could be cost effective. Anyone got any hotel recommendations? Simon |

| whicker Photographer | Any legal issues with using a hotel room? Might be liability / insurance issues. |

| Studio25 Photographer Location United Kingdom Lancashire Blackburn | Steam from showers can and do set off smoke alarms Silly goose ! You can avoid steam and get a pleasing pointy boob effect by just using the cold end of the shower. |

| Andy_B Photographer Location United Kingdom London London | I think another piece of good advice would be to not use a really small hotel without permission. You can get away with a lot in a large anonymous place - you'd have difficulty avoiding the attention of the proprietor in a smaller hotel.
Aha... just found it. Barone's thread of hotel recommendations. |

| simon007 Photographer Location United Kingdom Essex | I have now photographed and filmed in a few Hotels now. The only gripe I have is the lighting, the rooms have several different lighting sources which can be awkward to work with. Simon |
