 Location United Kingdom Leicestershire Leicester | I have recently got rid of my HiTi 730PS for event printing as it was too slow. It took approx 2 1/2 mins for a 7x5 to print with a lot of waste edge paper as well. Currently I can now print a 9x6 off a roll in 45 secs, plus a 12 x8 on a second printer in just over a minute The whole thing is about workflow, I shoot wirelessly, I use Digital Express to print out from, and have both a software system to run viewing stations and a great slide show package to promote sales. If this is your first event, you would be better off, in my opinion, finding somebody who already does events, who would come along with the printers etc, and for a share of the sales provide you with the support you need. |

 Location United Kingdom Devon Paignton | I have done quite a few events, from hoses to Officers ball @RMB : stonehouse, I bought a second hand FUJI ASK1500 , 6x4/7x5 8x6 9x6 . all print in about 40 seconds, i use q image as it sorts and can choose and re size and water mar if nesc. £175: for the ribbon and paper, Cusacks Totnes. all paid for itself in 3 or 4 functions. (not big ones, but worth money.) good luck. keith m |
