Purestorm cannot tolerate members who:- ¤ Post that a company which operates within the law is perpetrating a scam. ¤ Post that another member is a criminal when they have not been through the courts. ¤ Post that another member is a paedophile without being able to provide proof of this. All members should be aware that they cannot post with impunity and that badly worded or malicious posts which are defamatory and/or libelous could cost this site a fortune in legal fees or even potentially cause it to be closed down. Please think before you type and DO NOT POST anything potentially defamatory about others which you are not able to back up in court if challenged. Attention is drawn to the second sentence of Clause 3 of the Terms of Use.

| ForumModerator Location United Kingdom West Sussex | There are many fraudsters using Facebook, Bebo and similar social networking sites to contact models while posing as real people, including even as an owner of this site, usually using cloned information and photographs posted on 'private' web pages. Please be aware that if you name fraudsters on Purestorm the real person whose identity they are hiding behind could well take action against this site for defamation and libel. Please report any suspected fraudulent users to the Abuse Team on the site they are using and if you know the fraudsters are using Purestorm use the [Contact us] link for our Abuse Team's attention. Please do not post 'Dodgy Photographer / Dodgy Agent Warnings' on this site as that can be counter-productive. |

| ForumModerator Location United Kingdom West Sussex | Members are reminded that if they have a serious issue with another member they should use the [Contact us] or Report Abuse links to draw the matter to Moderator / Administrator attention. Members should not make potentially libelous or defamatory statements in either the forums or their profile notes or through the internal messaging system. If a matter is serious enough to warrant police involvement let us know the incident number, collar number of the officer handling the report and the police station involved. Purestorm's nominated Police Liaison Officer will then respond at the earliest opportunity. As some will be aware over the last 24 hours or so one member has been mass mailing other members with as yet unsubstantiated allegations against a member they have worked with. The target of this campaign has reported the incident number and Purestorm has already made initial contact with the Constabulary handling the matter to verify the details supplied are as reported - action is in hand. |

to try to divert attention away from a justified Negative Recommendation on their profile is likely to be permanently removed from this website on the grounds of serious misconduct. |
